Watch a dull knife come back
Snap the blade to the magnetic base, roll the diamond disc back and forth, flip sides, then switch to the fine disc. The paper test at the end tells you it worked.
Why it works
5 angles, one base
12° and 15° for thin blades, 17° for small everyday knives, 19° for most chef's knives, 22° for thick, heavy blades.
The magnet holds it
Stick the blade to the side you need. The base keeps the angle the same on every stroke, the part people get wrong by hand.
Minutes, not a weekend
No soaking stones, no oil, no practice. Roll it along the edge and flip sides.
An easy gift
For the cook who has everything but still fights a dull knife every night.
Sharp in three steps
-
Pick your angle
Choose the side of the base that matches your knife, and stick the blade to the magnet.
-
Roll along the edge
Roll the sharpener along the blade 10–20 times, then flip the knife and do the other side.
-
Test it on paper
A sharp edge glides through a sheet of paper. If it snags, a few more rolls.
Rolling sharpener vs. whetstone
| Feature | Rolling sharpener | Whetstone |
|---|---|---|
| Holding the angle | The magnet does it | Your hands do it |
| Skill needed | None | Weeks of practice |
| Setup | Ready right away | Soak it first |
| Mess | Dry, wipe clean | Wet slurry on the counter |

Questions
Which angle should I use?
12° or 15° for thin Japanese-style blades, 17° for small everyday knives, 19° for most chef's knives, and 22° for thick, heavy blades. Not sure? Start with 19°.
Does it work on serrated knives or scissors?
No. It's made for straight-edge knives. Bread knives and scissors need a different tool.
Will it damage my knives?
Not with normal use. If your knife is only a little dull, skip the coarse disc and use the fine one.
How often should I sharpen?
Most home cooks sharpen every few weeks. You'll notice when tomatoes start to squish instead of slice.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship from the US and most arrive in 2–4 business days. You'll get tracking by email.
What if I don't like it?
Email us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
